Our panels and distribution board comply with standard IEC 60439-1, DIN VDE 0660 1.500 SECTION 8.3 and all their mechanical and operating characteristics expressed in accordance to the standard.

STRUCTURE

  • Our panels structures are constructed using the MS sheet, with Front Door (optional back Door), Side & Back Covers.
  • Our enclosure system has complete modularity in 2 AXES. This provides the most flexible solution possible Height, 1‘idth, and Depth as well as sizing and placement of any sub-section are infinitely variable.
  • Enclosure corner. frame and Door constructed of 2mm thick Ms Sheet.
  • Apparatus Mounting plate constructed of 1.6mm thick Ms Sheet.
  • Apparatus safety covers constructed of 1.8mm thick Ms Sheet.

Decree of protection

External cladding and doors all come with a sealing gasket ensuring the above mentioned standard. minimum IP class-42 and (IP 56 Obtainable) according to standard IEC -60529.

Internal Separation

Internal protection of our system is achieved using Form 1 to Form 4B type. The compartments are efficiently protected against Arcing. The incoming feed unit and the main bus bars are separated, the main & distribution bus ducts are separated from one another and also from other compartment.
